Herbs For Immunity

The body's immune system is the first line of defense when threatened by microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, parasites, and pathogens. Increased levels of pollution, stress, tension, depression, low quality food, consumption of drugs and alcohol, smoking, and chronic disorders all can lower the body's immunity.

Ayurvedic herbs that are used to boost the body's immune system include Ashwagandha, Amla, and Guduchi.
