Herbal Tea's



We all want a healthy body, and a healthy weight is important to longevity and to our quality of life. Body fat is simply put, stored energy, just waiting to be used. Lets change the routine, lets make a new routine!

FENNEL TEA
With its refreshing aniseed flavour, fennel tea is an ideal aid to digestion. Fennel tea is also known for its relief of PMT symptoms, cramps and bloating. Fennel tea is also known to help in the relief of nausea and upset stomachs.

ROSEHIP
Considered effective when suffering from cold and or flu, or if you are feeling run down and need a 'pick me up'. Wonderfully rejuvenating as a 'morning after' drink, Rosehip tea is often considered an energy drink and its rich red fruity flavour simply bursts with energy.

PEPPERMINT
Known for its digestive properties, Peppermint tea can help with stomach upsets and help digestion. Peppermint tea is also an excellent palate cleanser and ideal after meals. Also terrific served over ice with a sprig of mint.

CAMOMILE
A delicious soothing and calming beverage, ideal in the evenings for relaxation before going to bed. A stress buster! Try sipping camomile tea whilst enjoying a relaxing bath. Camomile tea can also be cooled and given to babies to sooth colic and wind. This is an old remedy favoured by Italian families.

GREEN TEA
Rich in anti-oxidants, this green tea is handpicked in the tea gardens of Sri Lanka, cut, dried and then packed fresh to maximise the health properties and flavours. Ideal hot or cold and great after meals.

GINGER LEMON BOOST
